February 2017 Wrap Up!~

Hi everyone! I know it's been a while, but I'm gonna try to work on my blog from now on.

So, straight to it! For the month of February, I read a total of 9 books! Let's get into them!

I FINALLY read Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins.I bought this book around the time it came out and never picked it up.
But I am so glad I read it! It was swoon worthy, and just fantastic!

 5 out of 5 stars!

Next is one of my favorite movies and now book, is Beauty and the Beast: The Novelization.
This book followed the movie justice!
I laughed, I cried, and I held onto this book to comfort myself.
I didn't want it to end.

5 out of 5 stars!

Immediately after that, I had to pick up Beauty and the Beast: Lost in a Book
by Jennifer Donnelly.
This one however had me slightly disappointed. It takes place where Belle and the Beast have no relationship at all. They're still very awkward and they're not sure how to get passed that.

3 out of 5 stars!

I went back to the Anna, Lola, and Isla companions and read,
Lola and the Boy Next Door.
I enjoyed this one and I won't say much in case of spoilers, but this one was really cute.
It couldn't compare to Anna, but it was pretty close.

3 out of 5 stars!

 Disarm by June Gray.
I really wanted to love this one. But I guess I had such high expectations on it that it fell a bit flat for me.
I loved the main characters and the love story, but some parts of the story just had me wishing it could be over sooner.

3 out of 5 stars!

It was time to finish it up by reading
Isla and the Happily Ever After.
Now this one I enjoyed more than Lola, but didn't love as much as Anna.
Isla's story had me feeling so happy!
I highly recommend that you pick up this companion series!

4 out of 5 stars!

Next is Lick by Kylie Scott.
Again, I really wanted to love this book but just couldn't. The main character got on my nerves sometimes and I hated every time she called the main male her "husband" over and over like she had some claim over him.

2 out of 5 stars!

All We Left Behind by Ingrid Sundberg.
I really enjoyed this book! I loved the characters Marion and Kurt. This book just had me guessing from left to right of what was going to happen.
It was definitely a page turner!

 4 out of 5 stars!

Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur.
I enjoyed reading this book. (I have a lot tabs on certain pages.)
I finished this in about 20 minutes and I really enjoyed this author's writing. However, it wouldn't be a book that I go back to.

3 out of 5 stars!

I know I've been gone for quite some time, but please do not give up on me!
I will do my best to update from now on!
